Lost

All I need is a little time

I can’t go back right now.

I need to gather my thoughts together

and find the strength somehow.

All I feel is emptiness within,

a fear burning deep inside.

I’m not ready to face yet another fall

my tears I can no longer hide.

All I ask is that someone might pray

for I’m lost in peace and mind

I won’t know who I am till I know what I want

and I’m trying that hard to find.©
