Sharing you

Seconds flicker and twitch by,

deep in thought

as hours shade into one another,

my troubled mind I did not sought.

I shudder when I think of her in your arms,

grow bitter with anger and hate.

I cringe at the thought of your time with her,

coming close to tempting fate.

I cannot pressure you to make a choice

and I burst with a fiery rage,

knowing you have to be shared.

Most of all, I weep with all my heart of losing you,

And I’m so scared.©
